 At the Sussex Pad we specialise in seafood which is purchased fresh, each day, from the trawlers that land the fish at Brighton fish market. The Ladywells restaurant menu changes each day to reflect the choice of fresh produce available.The AA has awarded the Sussex Pad two rosettes and the RAC awarded us a commendation for the high standard of food we serve and our serious approach to cooking.
