 The Sussex Pad is situated close to Shoreham Airport and Lancing College . It is approximately one mile from the seashore and a ten minute drive east to Brighton, or west to Worthing.There is easy access by taxi from either Shoreham-by-sea or Lancing railway stations. Both pleasure and business flights by helicopter or light aircraft can be arranged, from the airport, for local trips or more distant locations. We also have our own helicopter pad there!  Enjoy walks along the river or across the South Downs , or play golf at either West Hove or Hill Barn , both of which welcome non-members.Guests can still stroll up the college drive and visit the famous Lancing College Chapel , dating back to 1868. The Chapel is open to the public every day, Monday to Saturday from 10.00 until 16.00, and Sunday from 12.00 until 16.00. |
